A viral adjustment and reflection

Well our intresting  planet has given us a challenge, I'm gona take this opportunity to learn to write, I think ive the basics just need to find a platform and a lil help like a editor or at least find out what's expected.

As far as reflection, my world been health and fitness focused and I hope to keep it that way, a desire for the outdoors I'm struggling with as I was hoping to get my ACMG certification, well any plans are on hold except writing and running now and I can run in the orchard worst case scenario, I am good on food so far and have been social distancing a bit over board but rather safe than sorry. I'm maintaining my program online and via phone/text, cut out work with exceptions that meet cautious precautions and basicly just not for now. Lol

All racing is off but breaking pbs is game on. Mostly I think the forest is calling, and with that some Turkey tail tea, Turkey tail mushrooms are a immuno booster and well it's a great time for picking as is most the year, and they are abundant
Turkey Tail Fungus
Boiled and concentrated or just boiled

Also with Chaga  to provide even more goodness, check some studies out on these lil gifts of nature, Paul Stamet has some good lectures online.

More to follow...

Another brick and everything else postponed or canceled

Wow, kinda following suit with China and the rest of the world with this virus, racing cancellations or posting of events is a blip in sudden change. Pretty scarey if one is to read Canadas Pandemic action plan adopted in 2009, straight up the stock piling of body bags sayes it all.

For me I guess its an opportunity to spend more time in the forest and focus on my health while praying for my family and my own survival.

Ive been healing up and getn a lil quicker so really looking forard to the celebration known as the race. I put alot into healing and am gona put even more focus on my overall health, slowing my pace a bit to  avoid injury, alot of focus into yoga has been good as well, I like trying the arm balance poses as the challenge is very rewarding
Good mornings with Maizah onway to school, the wonder in a childs eye always the most amazing eager to start the day.

Mt Finlayson summit!
Quarry art, one of the things about  the human scuplted little area were we all trespass for swimming,  dog walking, running (me anyways when its not to doggy) and its not really a secret anymore, but a very beautiful mix of mother nature and the human foot print.

Springs coming!

Hi Everyone, lol

Well thinking back and trying to get my self un injured, grrrrr, frustrating and i blame my sore foot for depressing me and not sharing on here, I do write in a journal everyday, i feel writing on here will rob my journal time I guess. So I've been doing lots of yoga, you-tube style, for whatever reason my goal is arm balance and inversions, provided my neck allows, running has been real slow, I am building back into it slowly I guess, i re hurt it running the Hypo 1/2,  I've run so many races injured, so faster healthier for the future, oddly I did get the Ceevacs Male trail runner of the year had no idea at the awards, not bad considering a year before I was doin radiation and chemo. My son is offering to edit some videos, we will see how that goes and hopefully soon Il add that and make this more of a regular thing.
